Located just outside of Alpharetta, the Autrey Mill Preserve and Heritage Center is a 46-acre nature preserve in Johns Creek on Autrey Mill Road, just off Old Alabama Road. The preserve is close to Newtown Park and consists of 3 miles of trails and is surrounded by heritage gardens, ravines, forest, and historic buildings. The Autrey Mill provides a breathtaking venue for weddings, anniversary celebrations, receptions, and other special events! There are many different rental packages available so you can tailor your reservations to the special moment you wish to share with the preserve.

You can also join in on the fun with seasonal activities and events like night hikes, preschool adventures, homeschool adventures, camps, socials, historic building tours. You can even be a part of the educational experience of “Munchie Mondays” that involve helping learn about and feed the animal ambassadors within the nature preserve on select Mondays from September-December for a $12-15 fee (Family members vs non-members).

• For groups 10 or more, please make a reservation if you plan on using the buildings or Pole Barn
• Nature Grounds Hours: 8:00AM – 9:00PM
• Visitor Center and Farm Museum: Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 AM-4:00 PM and Sundays 12:00 PM-4:00 PM
