Park Brooke

Park Brooke is a family-friendly neighborhood located in Alpharetta, Georgia. There are two entrances to this neighborhood with one entrance on Kimball Bridge Road and the other entrance on Old Milton Parkway. The neighborhood was built in the early 1990s and consists of about 300 homes with diverse styles. This active neighborhood features year-round activities and a wide variety of amenities for their residents to enjoy!

Park Brooke includes a large swimming pool and wading pool. The pool is located at the front of the neighborhood and is available for residents to make reservations for pool parties. This community also has a clubhouse that is available for rental. At the back of the neighborhood, residents can use the basketball court and recreational pavilion with restrooms. Two playgrounds can be found in Park Brooke with one being in the back of the community and one at the front of the community. Park Brooke also features 8 tennis courts with 4 courts at the front of the neighborhood and 4 courts in the back of the neighborhood.
