Where To Play Pickleball in the Alpharetta Area
Pickleball continues to grow in popularity in Alpharetta and surrounding areas! To keep up with the demand, Alpharetta continues to see the construction of new pickleball facilities and courts. Pickleball offers a great way for people to meet new friends and stay active with low-impact exercise! Whether you are looking to refine your skills or begin your pickleball journey, here are 7 of the most popular places in the Alpharetta area to play pickleball.
Wills Park Tennis and Pickleball Courts
Wills Park can be found off Old Milton Parkway near Wills Road in Alpharetta. The park features 6 tennis courts that are lined for pickleball play. Wills Park offers clinics, special events, and camps for youth and adults looking to gain pickleball skills and experience! Guests are advised to slide the net strap of the tennis nets to lower the net for pickleball use. All courts require a reservation and have reservation availability from 7:00am through 10:00pm everyday. Guests are permitted to play if no players are on the court when they arrive.

North Park Tennis & Pickleball Center
North Park is located off Cogburn Road and has one of the largest pickleball facilities in Alpharetta featuring 12 pickleball courts! The park offers pickleball lessons and camps for people of all ages looking to improve their pickleball game. All pickleball courts require a reservation to play. However, if no one is using the court or has it scheduled when you arrive, you are allowed to play until guests with a reservation arrive. Courts can be reserved one week in advance and can be rented from 7:00am to 10:00pm everyday.

Webb Bridge Park Tennis and Pickleball Center
Webb Bridge Park consists of 6 pickleball courts and is located off Webb Bridge Road in Alpharetta. This park offers youth and adult classes for those looking to establish a solid pickleball foundation. All pickleball courts require a reservation, but guests are allowed to play if no players are on the court when they arrive. The pickleball courts are available for rental from 7:00am to 10:00pm everyday and can be reserved one week in advance. The courts have a minimum rental time of two hours.
Cauley Creek Park Pickleball Courts
Cauley Creek Park can be found in Johns Creek, minutes from Alpharetta. The park offers 5 outdoor pickleball courts with lights. Cauley Creek Park is one of the most popular places to play pickleball in the area. Due to its popularity, the park’s courts attract more skilled pickleball players, perfect for those looking to sharpen their game. Cauley Creek Park no longer offers rentals during peak hours of Monday through Friday, 6:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday, 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Newtown Park Pickleball Courts
Newtown Park is located just outside of Alpharetta in Johns Creek. This park includes 6 outdoor pickleball courts. On March 18, 2024, Newtown Park resurfaced the courts and added two additional pickleball courts in the process. The park’s pickleball courts offer open play and are free to enter. In an effort to allow guests more time for free play, there are no rentals during peak hours of Monday – Friday, 6:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday, 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Grimes Bridge Park
Grimes Bridge Park sits minutes away from Alpharetta in Roswell, Georgia. The park features 4 dedicated outdoor pickleball courts with permanent lines and nets. There is a one-time fee required to play at Grimes Bridge Park and all other Roswell pickleball courts. Currently, the fee is $40 for residents and $60 for non-residents.
Pinewalk Amenities Center Pickleball Courts
The Pinewalk Amenities Center sits close to Alpharetta in Johns Creek, Georgia. There are 2 outdoor asphalt courts with permanent lines and portable nets. Pickleball court reservations are only available to Pinewalk residents, and a one-time fee is required for those who are not a resident in Pinewalk.
