The park’s amenities ensure there is something to do for everyone with softball/baseball fields, pickleball courts, tennis courts, picnic pavilions, bocce ball, walking trails, to name a few.
Newtown Park also contains other popular Johns Creek attractions like the Newtown Dog Park, Park Place Senior Center, Mark Burkhalter Amphitheater, a Community Clubhouse, Community Garden, and the Johns Creek Veterans Memorial Walk. The Newtown Recreation, a non-profit self-funded athletic organization serving the city of Johns Creek and the broader North Fulton Community, manages all youth recreation programs for Newtown park including: soccer, flag football, tennis, t-ball, softball, baseball, and lacrosse. Pavilions, pickleball courts, tennis courts, the Community Clubhouse, and tables inside the Mark Burkhalter Amphitheater (for concerts or events) can all be rented or reserved as well.
