Brandywine Elementary School Overview
Brandywine Elementary School is a public elementary school in Alpharetta, Georgia and is part of the Forsyth County School District. This school has over 1,200 students with diverse backgrounds and ethnicities. This school opened its doors in 2016 and is the 21st school in Forsyth County Schools.
The school is named after the original Brandywine School that burned down in 1953. In 1961, the students that attended the former Brandywine School combined with the Bethelview School students. Together, these two schools formed a new school called Midway Elementary School. The school name honors a veteran of the Revolutionary War from the area that fought in the Battle of Brandywine.

Academic Summary
